Annual Energy Statement & Energy Regulations Go Under the Spotlight

Chris Huhne MP, Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, delivered his Annual Energy Statement to Parliament last week. This was followed two days later by the launch of the ‘Energy Red Tape Challenge’ which puts nearly 300 energy regulations under the spotlight, and invites comments on whether or not they should be scrapped.
