Government Loses FIT Appeal

The Government has lost its appeal against a High Court ruling that its proposals to cut the Feed in Tariff from 12 December were unlawful. Despite tabling legislation to cut the tariff from 3 March, the Government has created further uncertainty by announcing that it will appeal the decision in the Supreme Court.
